Dropwheel includes an unmodified build of FFmpeg, which it runs as a separate program for audio, video and WebP images. This build is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License 2.1 and contains no GPL or non-free components. It includes these libraries:

|---|---|---|---|
| FFmpeg | 9.0.2 | LGPL 2.1 or later | ffmpeg-9.0.2.tar.xz |
| LAME | 4.0 | LGPL 2.0 or later | lame-4.0.tar.gz |
| Opus | 1.6.1 | BSD 3-clause | opus-1.6.1.tar.gz |
| libogg | 1.3.6 | BSD 3-clause | libogg-1.3.6.tar.gz |
| libvorbis | 1.3.7 | BSD 3-clause | libvorbis-1.3.7.tar.xz |

| libwebp | 1.6.0 | BSD 3-clause | libwebp-1.6.0.tar.gz |
The exact build script is here: build_ffmpeg.sh. The full license
texts, source checksums and build settings are also inside the app, in
Dropwheel.app/Contents/Resources/Licenses/FFmpeg.
Because FFmpeg is a separate program inside the app (Contents/Helpers/ffmpeg), you can replace it
with your own build of the same or a compatible version.
FFmpeg is a trademark of Fabrice Bellard, originator of the FFmpeg project.
